Mr. Rundle has served as a Settlement Officer for the U.S. District Court, Central District of California, from
1999 through 2002.  He is a Member of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), London, and a member
of its North American Branch.  Since 1998, Mr. Rundle has been an arbitrator with the American Arbitration
Association.  He is a also member of the Panel of Distinguished Neutrals for the International Institute for
Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR Institute), based in New York.

Mr. Rundle has served as counsel in numerous arbitrations, including:
