Prior to 2003, Mr. Rundle was a Partner in the Irvine, California office of Arter & Hadden LLP, which over the
years had grown from an Ohio firm into a national firm with hundreds of attorneys. When Arter & Hadden
dissolved in 2003, Mr. Rundle took that opportunity to create a smaller, more nimble practice that better
served his clients' needs.
Mr. Rundle's practice combines the legal sophistication and problem solving talents that come from years of
practice in a large firm with the client service that a smaller firm permits. Although the large firm model of
highly leveraged staffing is not universally practiced, and many large firms represent their clients well, it is not
uncommon for clients and their needs to get lost in the shuffle of paralegals, junior associates, counsel and
partners. Mr. Rundle's close working relationship with his clients, and his collaborative problem solving
approach, produce efficient and cost-effective results.
Mr. Rundle grew up in Long Beach, California and has deep roots in Orange County and its legal community. In
serving the interests of his clients, Mr. Rundle is often able to draw upon his contacts within the legal and
professional communities of Southern California and beyond to achieve his clients' legal and business
objectives.
