Mr. Rundle has been successful in defending Infinity Group Services, dba ASK IGS ("IGS") against claims by the
Federal Trade Commission ("FTC") that the company violated Section 5(a) of the FTC Act (15 U.S.C. Section
45(a)) in connection with its loan modification and refinance activities.  On August 26, 2009, the FTC filed its
lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and sought a Temporary Restraining
Order ("TRO") against IGS and its owner.  The proposed TRO included numerous draconian provisions, including
a freeze of all assets of both IGS and its owner.  Mr. Rundle immediately gathered, analyzed and presented
the relevant facts and legal authorities to the District Court, which denied the FTC's request for a TRO.
See,
Order Denying TRO.

Later, the FTC sought a Preliminary Injunction against IGS and its owner.  Again, Mr. Rundle worked closely
with IGS and its principal to obtain crucial evidence and present it in a compelling manor to the District Court.
Again, based upon the submissions made by Mr. Rundle the District Court was persuaded that preliminary
injunctive relief was not warranted.
 See, Order Denying Preliminary Injunction.

In recent months, the FTC and other agencies have sued numerous businesses and individuals involved in the
mortgage industry, and in particular those persons involved with providing loan modification or foreclosure
relief services.  In virtually every instance, the FTC has been successful in obtaining the kind of relief that we
were able to prevent.  Mr. Rundle's substantial experience in the lending, mortgage banking and real estate
fields, as well as his thorough understanding of recent legislation affecting the loan modification industry (
e.g.,
Senate Bill 94 (eff. October 11, 2009)), have proven to be invaluable assets for his clients.
